About Juliet
She was born in the Midwest and was raised in Southwest Florida. In 2019, she relocated to Tampa, Florida. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She first discovered the Vinyasa yoga style while living and working as an Interior Designer in New York NY. Her yoga practice taught her to breathe consciously and brought ease, balance and peace to her busy life. Juliet’s teaching style is rooted in the Jivamukti Method and the Ashtanga Yoga Series. In 2020, Juliet earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Lesley Desaulniers, in West Marin, CA. In April, she graduated the 300-hour Teacher Training with The Shala in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, NY with Kristin Leigh and Barbara Verrochi and their incredible group of teachers.
When Juliet is not on the mat, she enjoys her family of black-capped conures, reading, drawing and sewing.
Juliet is immensely grateful to all her teachers who have graciously guided and passed on these teachings to her.
Namaste.
